Massive speed increases to the fileselector widget in large directories. Added easythreading tool.

Panes, panes, panes! 0.1.3

Added the use of the panes widget to the file selector and sortedlist modules to allow user resizing.

This release breaks backwards compatibility with older sortedlist versions as it now only takes two arguments per-header in the titles argument.
