Bugfix:
- Paste icon for source citations within INDI:NAME (fixes issue #51)
- If used in parallel with vesta, a vesta version 2.1.18.2.1 or later needs to be installed. To use the paste mechanism within the names view, a specific setting in the control panel of "Vesta Classic Look & Feel" has to be selected: "Use compact layout except for names".
