Client Outreach is the solution for your business's survey needs. Create your survey, and share with your customer base. Feedback results are easy to consume by both business and client.
From the landing page, click the Login With Google link. This will direct you to a sign up via Google authentication. Enter your email and password pertaining to your Google account.
Upon successful creation, you will be directed to the Dashboard page.
At the bottom right of your screen, click the Red Circle with the Plus Sign.
You will be directed to a survey form. Enter the following prompts. Please note that the recipients list has no maximum, but should be separated by commas. Click on the Review button to review your submission one final time before sending your survey to your recipients.
When you are finished, click Send Survey.
You can view your surveys by navigating to the Client Outreach logo from the top navigation bar. You will see a list of your current surveys organized by the latest survey sent.
When you are finished, you can sign out of the application using the Logout link at the top right of the navigation bar. This will sign you out of the application. In order to access your account, you will need to sign in again from the landing page.
If you do not sign out of your account, the application will remember you indefinitely as long as cookies are enabled and you have checked the Remember Me box upon Google sign in.
