Hello,

it would be nice if there was a option for the 'prepareSandbox' task to keep the content of the build/idea-sandbox/config/options directory. This would be useful to test whether the plugin state persists correctly during a restart.
An other option would be a option for the 'runIde' task which doesn't call the 'prepareSandbox' task if this option is set.

Thanks a lot.

what's the version you use? how does your gradle-intellij-plugin configuration look like?

recreated on gradle 5.1.1. Please use gradle-intellij-plugin-0.5-SNAPSHOT or rollback to gradle 4.10, as a workaround

The tasks are considered as never up-to-date, there is no need to mark output directories
