[Added] Green army (Independent)
[Added] Diving class to all factions
[Added] Green army suits to gunstore
[Added] spawn protection on debug island
[Fixed] Lagspikes due to errors in vehicle respawn
[Fixed] RPT logfile findsafepos spam
[Fixed] new outpost mission did not despawn correctly
[Fixed] incorrect mission descriptions
[Fixed] Server cleanup set to 10 minutes after death
[Fixed] Cargo on armed boat not working
[Changed] hostile heli missions contain a mi48 now
[Changed] hints before and after missions rewritten
[Changed] missions last longer before timing out
[Changed] mission starts at 8pm for evening edition
[Removed] Names when in vehicle in StreamFriendlyUI

fix for AI not getting into gunner and not despawning
- added debugging to find a bug in findsafepos
- fixed outpost mission not despawning
- fixed AI not being able to enter outpost (1 gate spawns openned)
- Made mission descriptions more clear :)

- implemented green army
- rebuilt loadout script in player setup to case switch instead of
if-then
- added @AgentRev's idea about the players on debug island
(godmode/nofood/water/money)
- removed missionsided baskets due to players being able to 'take' them
causing desync
- added green army wetsuit and ghilly
- changed gunstore NPC uniforms/gear/look
- fix exploit to gain money buying/selling rebreather (vest)
just so that i dont forget :)
updates to version numbers and readme/changelog (still a debug build!)
new in todays DEVbranch (make sure to revert this commit before adding
to master!)
default doesnt need : ;)
mk200 on AI was a bad idea :D
also removed most debugging where it was no longer needed
rewritten playersetup
fixed misinterpertation of boolean usage
