The ReSharper duplicate finder is a part of the ReSharper Command Line Tools. The output of the tool is an XML file. The help page describes how to get started with the dupFinder, including a MSBuild script and sample XSLT.
The code in the ReSharper command line duplicate finder is also included in TeamCity which is the continuous integration tool from JetBrains.
