Aim of this change is to remove the typings tool from the project. The
typings.jsonfile and associated type declaration files have all been removed, and replaced with type declarations installed via the @types npm packages. As part of the change, the use of the react-highlight.js wrapper around highlight.js has been removed from the docs code and replaced with use of highlight.js directly.
