PR Checklist

Overview

Adds pnpm build:release after npx lint-staged to .husky/pre-commit. That effectively means pnpm build:release will be run before making any commit, after Prettier auto-formats.

I don't know that this will impact Renovate configs. But hopefully it'll at least impact me running builds on main.
