Fixes #70.
CI is broken at head (https://travis-ci.org/JuliaCI/PkgBenchmark.jl/builds/442479752). This PR should fix the tests.
Updated to use Pkg3 API throughout. .. I'm still not fully familiar with all the Pkg3 details so there's a good chance I didn't do everything in the best way..
