Release v1.2.0

This release includes major changes.

Changes:

• Fix a major issue with game client crashing when accepting a party invitation #17 #18
• Add instructions to compile the emulator under Linux using Mono #16
• Fix a major issue with quests throwing an error after completing first step #13 #15
• Saga.Gateway now tries itself to establish its connection to Saga.Map. Otherwise the command host -connect needs to be entered as usual #12
