The client presented an existing software in production and sought to revolutionize its functions and overall look and feel. Developed by the client's team from 2016 to 2019, the software amassed valuable business data, including 2000 customer records by August 2019. The decision to rewrite the codebase from scratch was made to accommodate new features, with a focus on universality and scalability for Art Connection's anticipated growth.
Analysis Identified low-quality code in the existing system. Proposed a complete rewrite, which the client accepted.
Development Plan Collaborated on a plan with the owners, outlining new features and UI/UX redesign. Ensured ongoing support and maintenance.
