Sort tooltip may show order by Descending instead of Ascending #35

Steps to reproduce

  1. View the Cursors\Keyset Cursor.sqlplan plan
  2. Look at the tooltip for the topmost Sort node

The tooltip lists the direction as "Descending", however SSMS lists the direction as "Ascending"

Some of the test plans have @ordered = 1, and some use @ordered = true. The XSLT has been modified to accomodate both.

A similar issue exists for @ascending - this has been raised separately as issue #35.
