Adding BigWarp Nodes

A BigWarp registration can be added by right clicking on a node and selecting 'Add new transform node'. This will open a window where you need to name your node, and choose between BigWarp and Elastix:

This will then open the usual BigWarp interface, with a small red button to 'export current transform to RegTree':

Do your registration in the usual way for BigWarp - see https://imagej.net/plugins/bigwarp, and then click the red button to create the node.

Note: currently registrationTree only supports up to Affine transforms, so BigWarp's Thin Plate Spline is not supported. Any of the other BigWarp Transform types can be used though. You can swap transform type by pressing F2.
