Saving and loading registrations

The Registration Tree

The entire registration tree can be saved by right clicking on any node and selecting 'Save registration tree'. This will make a json file that can be loaded at a later date by right clicking on a node and selecting 'Load registration tree'.

Individual nodes

The affine transform of an individual node can be printed to the log by selecting 'Print transform of this node'. The total affine transform of this node and all the ones before it can be printed to the log by selecting 'Print full transform of path to this node'.

An xml file can be saved with the full transform of a node (and all those on the path before it) by selecting 'Export to bdv xml'. This will open a menu where you can select Fixed or Moving space, and where to save this xml. The xml file will link to the original location of the corresponding image, and contain the selected transform inside. This can be opened in normal BigDataViewer.
