Initial Release for KanColle Phase 2 (HTML5)

⚓️ Important Announcement

• Please be aware that this is an Initial Release to quickly fix major issues.
• If you have used any Custom CSS codes or changed the Game Scale to 150% as a workaround for the HTML5 update, you can now revert those workarounds as they have been fixed in this release.
• Because of the new map rework we would greatly appreciate it if you could enable submissions to TsunDB in the KC3 Settings as it will help data miners figure out the Map routing rules.
• If you have spotted any bugs with KC3 Kai please report it to our devs by opening an issue on our GitHub repo
• If you were transferred to another server during the maintenance remember to run the bugfix in the Strategy Room to fix your missing sortie history, more information can be found in the Release 32.7.1 release notes
