modifying XCPM Kernel patches

Adding for sake of completeness also _xcpm_cpuid_set_info and _xcpm_bootstrap Kernel patches in config.plist. Both are disabled by default. _xcpm_bootstrap Kernel patch seems still required for Haswell-E, e.g. i7-5820k. For all Broadwell-E CPUs,  _xcpm_cpuid_set_info and _xcpm_bootstrap Kernel patches are obsolete.
