LandClim simulations for Profound site

Code used in Geoecology master course 2017/18, Karlsruhe, on climate impact research. You need to install the R-packages LandClimTools (https://github.com/KIT-IfGG/LandClimTools) and ProfoundData (Cost Action Profound, freely available soon). Additionally you need the LandClim executable and the Profound Database.

Howto example

Setup

1. install_packages.R
2. map.R
3. plot_landclim_example.R

Prepare LandClim input files

4. climate_example.R
5. maps_example.R
6. species_example.R

You need a LandClim executable and all input files needed

7. Add all other input data needed to the simulates/site_name/input folder (control.xml, landtype etc...)
8. simulate.R (needs to be adapted to your os, etc.)
9. Analyse your output
