This seems like an analog to eta:transition and orbit:nextpatcheta. In "twitch plays ksp" I'm often writing something like "warpto(time:seconds + eta: ...)" and it's weird that warping to a node is done differently than apoapsis, periapsis, and transition.

Fixes KSP-KOS#2648 - pretty straightforward.
