Starting from the dev branch
Update version number of the Telemachus and Server projects
Merge to master
Rebuild solution
Tag git tag -a v1.*.*.* -m "version 1...*"
Push git push origin master --tags
Zip up the GameData folder in the publish directory.
Write the change log.
Upload to GitHub releases, KerbalStuff and Curse.
Update forum thread title.
Regenerate API-String.md using GenerateAPIDocumentation.
Push wiki.
