@beav Since there is already a system.py remove_consumer_deletion_record and corresponding CLI command, I'd rather see a way to list the deletion records via CLI to use the route here.

@thomasmckay is it ok if this change and Katello/katello-cli#56 get merged, and I backlog the CLI enhancement? I have spacewalk-splice-tool code that can't be merged until this is merged.

I can create a GH issue and assign it to myself if that helps.

@iNecas i will add the v2 mapping. I'm not sure about the permission thing though (I'm still learning how adding stuff to the API works), I'll ping you on IRC tomorrow for clarification.
