This is primarily to pickup the legacy flexbox changes for older IE support in
4.0.2ininline-style-prefixer. Changes at https://github.com/rofrischmann/inline-style-prefixer/blob/master/Changelog.md#402.Wasn't sure if it made sense to but I took a look at the
caniuse-apiandrollupchangelogs and they seemed pretty reasonable, so bumped those and linked the changes, but if there's no need for them here I'm happy to roll those out.bumps browserlist and caniuse-lite
