- Add find package for python3 in CTS
- Clean up SRGB settings in the viewer
- Add missing height parameter in ortho camera and regenerate dependent code
- Expand attribute test scene to exercise all sampler types
* Always use SRGB frame format * Don't use SRGB capable opengl window since that only affects what gets directly rendered to it (imgui)
