Cleanup updates for ReadTheDocs

- Added a section on C-I tests
- Added the model coefficients for RODAS-3 and RODAS-4
- Added remaining citations to journal articles
- Fixed link issues
- Removed references to Fortran77
- Trimmed trailing whitespace
- Condensed BibTeX files "adrian.bib" and "rolf.bib" into "kpp.bib",
  located in the citations folder.
