• sm_sf64_reloadconfigs - Reloads all Arwing configs.
• HUD instructions will show while piloting an Arwing. Press crouch button 2x to toggle.

• Fixes crashes related to Laser/Charged Laser projectile collision against players.
• Projectile speeds will now be clamped down to sv_maxvelocity's value by default.
