Suggestions for new or old entries

Suggestions can be made as in the pull requests, but all entries are hand-checked and only those are implemented.

Random lists without further information are ignored.

This way a certain level of quality and especially support can be guaranteed because i know where which service is for and why. Even if products (due to time alone) have to be checked again in order to be able to make statements.

If suggestions from strangers are included into the files without verification or control, malware or other nasty things can even sneak in and of course this is not wanted.
