PR #5207 made two changes that are unsupported for TRV TS0601 _TZE200_b6wax7g0.

  1. 0.5 ºC steps are unsupported via Zigbee. 0.5ºC steps can be set at the device itself but not over Zigbee
  2. System Mode off is not supported either. Setting system_mode via Zigbee has no effect on the TRV. Moreover, when setting the TRV to OFF on the device itself that change is not reported via Zigbee
