The Moes TS0601 thermostat (_TZE200_b6wax7g0) has setpoints from 5 to 45 °C in 0.5 °C steps. Additionally, the systemMode can be 'off'.

hi,
another check on this update that doesn't fully match me.
changing the step to 0.5 is perfect (thx).
otherwise, the system_mode valve does't go to " off": once selected, it returns to heating status after a while.

The off feature is available in the GUI but not working, it remains on heating:

@Heire you are right, the 'off' state is not working, even if it should work in theory (determined by the Tuya) datapoints. Maybe this should be rolled back, I don't know, which is the best way to handle.

@serlinGi Thanks for the feedback! It seems, the 0.5 °C are not working for all decices. I can set the 0.5 °C at the device itself, but not over the online GUI. Unfortunately, I am new using ZigBee, so I also don't know, how to further test it...

This TRV does not support 0.5 steps over zigbee

There is already an issue about Moes BHT-002-GCLZB thermostat and BRT-100-TRV not accepting 0.5 ºC steps via zigbee Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#14965
It is also mentioned in #4832 (comment)

I think the TRV does not support {"system_mode":"off"}.
@tefracky did you find any way of setting it to OFF on the TRV itself?

I just pressed "-" and then the TRV goes to "OF"

Thanks! I didn't know.

I set it off that way and looked at the received zigbee messages but it seems that state is not sent over zigbee.

Yes, you are right. So maybe it would be better to remove the off state. Maybe someone else could comment on that and then I will decide.

There is also a mention about this TRV not supporting off mode in this comment.
zigpy/zha-device-handlers#1123 (comment)

As this TRV supports neither 0.5 ºC steps over zigbee nor OFF mode, I think best way to go is to revert 14583fd.
