❗️ It seems like PeerJS, the system used to provide remote control to ETS2 Local Radio, is having some issues at the moment, causing it to continuously reconnect and use a lot of memory and CPU. For this reason, it has been temporarily disabled. Do make sure to force refresh (Ctrl + F5) the page after updating.

Update: I uploaded a patch for PeerJS. Download patch.zip and extract its contents into the ETS2 Local Radio\web folder. Overwrite the existing files when asked.

Now, I was wondering how many actually use Local Radio on a different device than the device they play on (so use the webpage on a phone, tablet etc.) Because I don't collect usage statistics, I would kindly ask you to fill in this poll to provide me some insight: https://www.strawpoll.me/15394773

Also in this update:

  • Support for the new cities in The Great Steppe
  • Initial VR support (should no longer be upside down, position might be off though)
  • Some station fixes
