docs(kic): update version compatibilities of KIC 3.2

Description

Update version compatibility page for KIC 3.2, and latest version of Kong, k8s and istio.

Istio 1.22 fails the e2e tests: Kong/kubernetes-ingress-controller#6039
We did not find the root cause of the failure, so we cannot make a conclusion that Istio 1.22 is/is not compatible with KIC.
Istio 1.22 tests passed after we fixed the tests: Kong/kubernetes-ingress-controller#6183.
