What this PR does / why we need it:
deploy/single/all-in-one-dbless-enterprise.yamlis almost identical todeploy/single/all-in-one-dbless-k4k8s-enterprise.yaml(which is used in the official docs).The only difference is that doesn't have
KONG_LICENSE_DATAenv or the pull secret reference.Which issue this PR fixes:
