This is a working idea for (#459).

Tested and works on Mod & Bukkit 1.20.4
Doesn't support Bungee, Velocity right now.
Because that would require a different HandShake check

Settings:

on/off icons on client side
allow/disallow to send this information to clients on server side

What needs to be solved:

- what will be the icon (maybe someone has a better idea)
- and where to place it, the current one looks quite good, but if there is also Plasmovoive, the icons will be overlapped
- Bungee, Velocity ?
