In theory, fixes issue #26.
But I can't find any monsters that you can sneak up on to test this with.

I'm not taking into account volume yet... but neither does the weapon firing code that wakes up monsters.

I'll test this tonight, I think I know a spot. At the start of alpha labs 1, when you open the transfer door, there is a zombie laying against the far wall you can wake up with the flashlight or shooting, I'll test this there.
