v1.0.0

This release contains the Windows and Linux builds for cpuminer-opt-kudaraidee that in itself is an extended cpuminer-opt that implements Argon2d16000, the algorithm used by Bitcreds starting with block 1,000,000.

Most miners will just use cpuminer-sse2 and cpuminer-avx2 as these are the main variants used for mining Bitcreds, the other builds contain optimizations for other algorithms as this miner still contains the code for mining all the other ones supported by cpuminer-opt. The SSSE3 and AVX512 variants are not currently built.
