Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go in the backend to Kunena and edit an user
  2. Try to change one of this options which are red marked (see image)

Actual result
After save you have the same setting as previously

Joomla version: 3.9.4
Kunena version: 5.1.10.1 and 5.1.11-DEV
Php version: 7.3.3
Database version: 5.5.58
