To Reproduce
Go to user list in frontend and navigate to page 2, 3 4 and so on..

Expected behavior
Description should be unique

Actual result
Description is duplicate in user list pagination

System information (please complete the following information)
Joomla version: 4.0.0-alpha10-dev and 3.9.6
Kunena version: 6.0.0-ALPHA4-DEV-GIT and 5.1.12.1
Php version: 7.3.5
Database version: MySQL 5.7.26

We still have duplicate if (empty($params_description))
