Update CODEOWNERS for website (#2200)

Unfortunately, Keith is not active with us anymore, he was the main
contributor at the beginning of the project, but he has since moved on
to other things.

This will hopefully reduce the email spam he would get from all merge
requests, his contributions remain accredited on the `/team` page.
