Simulating Unsubscribe

To simulate a subscription being unsubscribed by the user, you can simply go to the subscription list and click in one of your subscriptions.

After the pane open, click on the Simulate Unsubscribe button.

A new modal will appear where you can confirm the operation.

After confirming the action, a webhook call will be sent to your SaaS App (in case of failure, you can re-send the Webhook in the Operations Grid).

You are expected disable the user access in your SaaS App, and prepare to delete the user information after the grace period.
