Release requirements

• All new features are fully documented and tested, including a summary of new features for the release
• All major new features are included with explanations in the Sf-light tutorial
• Run a suite of production runs for SFBay and upload results to long term / public storage (with and without any new features turned on, to ensure backwards comparisons)
