v1.0.0: Merge pull request #1 from LCAS/gazebo_generation

This release includes systems necessary for pipelines beginning from satellite imagery and looking to develop topological maps.

It prioritises simple topological generations from OpenRMF, NavGraph, and KML.
It also supports generation of datum files, gazebo world files, etc.
