Custom yaml workspace/monitor setup

How can I setup:
2 monitors, one is landscape and the other is portrait mode.

On the left landscape monitor I would like the default tiling to be a 3 columns x 2 rows grid and the right monitor portrait I would like to have 1 columns by 3 columns

I was messing around with:

and it looks like this is not possible due to the requirement of primary?
