Configure file missing

Hello,

I try to compile LOKI, but I couldn't find configure script described in Tutorial. Is this one not needed or does the project lack some files?

Hi Pawel, I will take a look. Unfortunately, the author of the code has left the lab, and the primary software developer recently retired, so it will take a little while for me to understand what is missing.
