- Package now registers the Wizard properly

- Removed old DLL project files (they aren't necessary now because the project is open source) - Added XE7 Package - Removed XE2 project group (there is only one project to load per IDE version now) - Renamed LKSL.inc to RADSplit.inc to avoid ambiguity with other projects (namely the LKSL)
