Take it simple. You need :

• A SoulWorker game client.
• Translation file be existed to be able to build translation patch.

That's also mean:

1a. First thing you need to do is get the translation by clicking "Download translation"
1b. Skip (1a) if you already had the translation patch.
2. Next is "Make translation patch"

Simpliest:

1. Make sure your game client is not modified by any means.
2. Run the patch builder tool.
3. Select correct game client region
4. Follow the fading animation.
