Is your proposal related to a problem?

I saw that someone made a pull request for sorting things by hours and it came to my mind that we should have something for months too because jump from "top month" to "top year" has a huge gap.

Add a sorting option by "top 3 months", by "top 6 months" and "top 9 months"
