A first production-ready (... and available in Gradle Plugin Portal) version of the project.
It must contain, at least the following:

Columba module:

1. Most common use cases for Schema and Protocol compilation, accompanied by unit tests;
2. README.md documentation
3. Code documentation
4. An up-to-date .editorconfig
5. Test projects using both Kotlin and Java;
6. (optional) Velocity templates implementation, accompanied by unit tests;
7. (optional) Additional converters implementation, accompanied by unit tests;
8. (optional) Additional LogicalType factories implementation, accompanied by unit tests;
9. (optional) IDL resolution, accompanied by unit tests;

A working version of the Navis module is totally optional.
