bump grpcbox, chatterbox and OTP versions

Do benchmarks get re-run by someone after a change like this? Still a ways to go to get the performance that I'm sure grpcbox/chatterbox can really have out of it but if my laptop runs are at all reliable we'd at least bump up a few spots :)

Anyone can run them on their specific setup (though it should not be virtualized for consistency reasons). I'll run the benchmark on my desktop this or the next weekend.
