Checking in (Opps Error) Book in the data base but not showing up in the check in process

Many times I check in a book but it gives me the Opps error. Book not found. Then I have to go into the catalog and search for the book with its Accession number. It comes up and I have to run a check-in from there. This error happens all the time. What can I do to resolve this from happening again?

UDIS Library Institute: UDIS Library URL: https://UDIS.librarika.com accession number All of these books gave me an error of some kind or another and it is usually Item not found however they should be in the system already. 109415 Item not found No ISBN on the book. Added man 101713 Item not found 105872 Item not found No ISBN number on book 105928 Item not found Smart added 106063 Item not found Smart added 106743 Item not found Smart added 104225 Item not found Smart added 105861 Item not found Manual add ISBN not work 106433 Item not found Smart added 109807 Item not found Manual added 101377 Item returned but not checked out I constantly get errors in the checkout and most times it is Item not found then I go into the catalog to locate it and it is usually there. Is there anyway I could download the whole database and clean it up? I have a feeling that information is sometimes missing and it is causing trouble. Or can I do it somewhere in Librarika? In librarika I get the feeling that sometimes books just go missing out of the system. Occasionally I will check out a book and there is no trace of it in the system. Yesterday I had about 5. These are old books that look like they should be in the system but are not to be found. Does the system drop books that are not read or taken out of the library for a while? Paul
