Qt5 was released over 3 years ago, with 5.7.0 being the latest version.

Since we are ending the support for Qt 4.8...

That means Qt 4 will become more and more incompatible / buggy for various platforms.

The main reason I'm dropping support for Qt4 is because
it makes things more difficult for developers.
It was a hassle trying to keep 2.1.0 Qt4 compatible over the past year;
and ironically I broke compatibility right before releasing it...

Qt4 compatibility has been restored for the 2.1 branch.
