At Ghent University there us a new use case for the LibreCat software are part of secure research data storage
- Closed access data
- No FAIR requirement
- This software is a test how to scale out the LibreCat software with external software projects
- Will give a start to better handling of File, Asynchronous uploads and post-processing, other message queue
- Using S3 protocol as way to upload files
- MinIO as demonstration server
- Using Apache Nifi as File processing server into LibreCat
- Using RabbitMQ as message queue

We will release in the week of 24 august a new minor release of LibreCat

The next release will handle the removal of Gearman for Minion queue and introduction of Postgres
- Also there will be a new message to reviewer bag (no more messages need to be added to the metadata record)
