This updates all the emulators and game add-ons to the latest version.
I've cleaned up a bunch of old patches.
I've adjusted the location of the cmake files and the libraries to be properly in the sysroot
I've compiled all these add-ons for RPi2 and Generic. I haven't actually run tested any of them.
